Please don’t download this app. It has the worst customer service ever. I have used this app for my credit card payment, the amount was deducted but not paid to credit card and transaction was showing successful. I wrote several mail to their support team but no proper help or resolution was provided. The only reply I was receiving was that we are working on your issue. It has been nearly a month. Now they are not even reverting. Warning Please don’t ever use Aeronpay you will lose your money.

Worst application. My credit card payment is not done but the amount is debited. The transaction is showing as successful. When I put mail for support, they replied as looking into issue. No proper support. It has been two weeks. No resolution provided. Now they are not even reverting. Please don’t use Aeronpay. Your money could be at high risk.

I am trying to sell the digital gold which I purchased on AeronPay , but there is no way I can sell the gold as I click on the sell option nothing happened, its been very frustrating application. I even write mails to customer care but nothing happened, all they ask for time its been months but my issue is not resolved. I will only advised you not to install this application.
In the end, we come to the conclusion AeronPay Isn’t a safe and secure app to use.
